Exceeding Expectation

Just got back from Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic where I had my mid-way assessment. My kinesiologists and I where pleasantly pleased with the results! The clinic hopes you would reach at least a score of 8 for balance and I doubled it and received 16. All and all I scored beyond the expectation so happy yet I know I still have a ways to go. Luckily I'm headed in the right direction!

I also took a ballet class last night which challenged my balance big time but I think that is also why I'm exceeding results on my assessment.
