MIND: Mindfulness Retreat
In the morning we meet and greet. Throughout the day there'll be a number of cognitive games that address speed, memory, attention, flexibility and problem solving. We end the day with stretching and meditation.

BODY: Body Beautiful Retreat
The morning we meet and greet. Throughout the day we will do in depth every part of the routine I created for my rehabilitation, Love Your Body Beautiful. We isolate, stretch and strengthen each part of our bodies. We end the day with a healing body meditation.

SOUL: Trauma Healing Retreat
The morning we meet and greet. We move into journaling then go outside for a refreshing walk to clear our minds. We all pick an excursion that compliments what we addressed in our journals. We end the day with an abundance meditation.
